SPRING-HERB BREAD

Ingredients

100 g feta, sliced 1 country loaf 6 cloves garlic, chopped 6 marinated artichokes, chopped salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste Salt and black pepper 4 Tbsp Italian parsley, roughly chopped 15 g dill, chopped basil, chopped chives, finely chopped 400 g softened butter

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Slice the bread, but do not to cut right through the base. Mix all the other ingredients together and stuff between the slices. Wrap in foil and bake for 20 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.
