TEMPURA GREEN BEANS

Ingredients
Tangy Mayonnaise, to serve 200 g Woolworths Asian Tempura flour 1 tbsp vegetable oil 350 g green beans, halved 1 tbsp ice cold water
Cooking Instructions
Place 200 g Woolworths tempura flour in a bowl with 1 cup ice-cold water, then stir until smooth. Dip 400 g green beans into the batter until coated, then deep-fry in batches in 2 cups hot vegetable oil for a couple of minutes, drain on kitchen paper and serve hot with garlic mayonnaise to dip.
