Japanese Breaded Pork - Tonkatsu とんかつ

Ingredients:
1k boneless porckchops (or pork cutlets) (lightly sprinkle salt and pepper on meat and set aside.
1st Coat: 1/2 cup flour 1tbsp salt 1/2 tbsp pepper (Whisk to mix thoroughly)
2nd coat: 2 eggs (beaten)
3rd coat 1 1/2 cup Japanese or Panko breadcrumbs
oil for deep drying
1. Cover meat with first then 2nd & 3rd coat. 2. Deep fry for 6mins, flipping every 3mins. 3. Serve and enjoy with sauce.
Sauce:
1/4 cup ketchup 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp Kikkoman soy sauce 1 tbsp mirin 1 1/2 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1/4 tsp garlic powder - Whisk until sugar is completely dissolved
