Ingredients:
4 ct. 1″ thick Boneless Pork Chops 4 slices Bacon 1 cup Lager Style beer 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce 1 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Black Pepper 1 tsp. Brown Sugar 1 tsp. Canola Oil
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400F. Mix the salt, black pepper and brown sugar together, and rub this mixture (or your favorite Pork BBQ Rub) evenly on each Pork Chop. Wrap a slice of bacon around the outside of each Pork Chop and secure with a tooth pick. Note – depending on size of Chop, you may need two slices of bacon per chop. Mix together BBQ Sauce and beer until thoroughly combined. Heat oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium high heat. Set each chop with the bacon down on the skillet and cook until bacon is browned. Flip the chops until every side of the bacon is browned. Once all the sides of bacon are browned, place the chops on the skillet with an unwrapped side down and cook for 1 minute. Flip to the other unwrapped side, cover each chop with BBQ sauce mixture, and cook for 1 minute. Once all sides of the chop are browned, place skillet in the preheated oven and bake for 12 minutes. Remove from oven, and serve with more BBQ sauce, if desired. Enjoy!
