CROSTINI ALLA SICILIANA

4 servings - 20 minutes Ingredients 1 tbs extra virgin olive 60 g fresh Sarde 10 g raisins 5 sweet-and-sour Borettane onions, drained 285g grilled artichokes 4 Crostini or crusty bread in slices Fresh parsley and cherry tomatoes to decorate Salt & pepper

Method In a pan hit the oil. Add the Sarde, the onions previously chopped in rings, the grilled artichokes hearts and the raisins. Sautée for 10 minutes on a high fire, until the sarde are cooked and all flavours mixed well. Put the crostini on a plate and top with the preparation, garnish with parsley and cherry tomatoes and serve as appetizers for aperitifs or as an antipasto.
