Pork Sarciado

Ingredients: 1 kilo pork, cut into cubes and then boiled for an hour ½ kilo tomatoes, diced ¼ kilo onions, diced 1 head garlic, minced 2 tablespoons patis 3 tablespoons oil Salt and pepper to taste Cooking Directions: 1. In a pan, sauté onions, tomatoes and garlic. 2. Cook until wilted. 3. Put in pork, then add patis. 4. Simmer for about 30 minutes or until oil from pork comes out. (add pork broth if needed) 5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
