BLOOD TYPE A / AB: QUICK CHILI TUNA RICE

Ingredients: per person: 2 cups rice 1 small tin tuna {or fresh fish / lamb/ beef if you have it} 1 cup of chopped and mixed: cucumber parsley basil mint onion or shallots dressing mix: juice of a lime Tablespoon date and nectarine chutney Tablespoon tamari Tablespoon olive oil 1 small green chili
How to make it: cook rice, and on a plate arrange cucumber, tuna, onions with chopped herbs on top and hot rice on top Pour dressing over.
