Bruschetta with smoked salmon and cream cheese

INGREDIENTS: Stick of bread, 1 Cream herbs cheese, 3,5 oz Smoked salmon, 7 oz
METHOD: Cut the stick of bread and grill the slices. Some minutes after, compose the bruschetta with the cheese and the smoked salmon. Grill the bruschetta once more before served.
