Chocolate brownies with a sticky caramel sauce

These chocolate brownies are oozing with a sticky caramel sauce, a match made in heaven for this holiday season! Adding the mayonnaise really brings out the chocolate taste and helps to make these brownies extra moist...
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of butter 1 cup brown sugar 1 Tbsp B-well creamy gourmet mayonnaise 2 eggs 2 tsp vanilla extract 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 caramel filled chocolate bar
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Using a square baking tray, give it a good spray with B-well baking spray.
2. In a mixing bowl cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
3. Add the 2 eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Add the vanilla extract and mix. Scrape the sides of the bowl.
5. Slowly add the cocoa powder, salt and flour and stir until just combined.
6. Reserve 3/4 cup. Spread the remaining batter in the prepared pan.
7. Chop the caramel filled chocolate bar into small chunk and arrange them on top of the brownie batter.
8. Mix the reserved 3/4 cup brownie batter with the B-well creamy gourmet mayonnaise. Pour it over the caramel chocolate pieces.
9. Bake the brownies in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
10. Remove from the oven and cool completely before cutting them into bars.
