FIG AND HAM BRUSCHETTA

Ingredients:• rustic bread - 4 slices• honey - 1 tbsp• figs - 4• parma ham - 4 slices• walnuts - 6• soft cheese - 80 g• rocket leaves - a handfulMethod: Toast the bread, cut the slices into halves and spread some cheese on them.Put a few rocket leaves on the cheese and a slice of Parma ham.Wash the figs, trim the stem if it is hard then slice the figs. Cut the slices into quarters and put them on top of the ham.Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with chopped walnuts and serve!
