MEDITERRANEAN BRUSCHETTE

INGREDIENTS slices of bread for bruschette, 4 extra virgin olive oil, to taste salt, to taste basil, to taste cherry tomatoes, 15 mozzarella, 1 tuna, 6 oz anchovies, 3 green olives, 8
METHOD: In a bowl prepare a caprese salad with tomatoes, mozzarella, oil, salt and basil. Prepare a tuna mousse by mixing tuna, anchovies and olives in a blender. Grill the slices of bread on Contact Grill De Longhi. Cover your bruschette with caprese or with tuna mousse.
