Moroccan lamb burger

Try this delicious spicy Moroccan lamb burger topped with B-well creamy gourmet mayonnaise for your next burger night!
Ingredients:
B-well canola oil 1 onion, minced 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro 1 jalapeño chile, seeded, minced 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 ½ tps salt ½ tsp ground black pepper 1 teaspoon smoked or normal paprika ½ teaspoon ground cumin 700 grams lamb mince B-well baking spray 4 large cracked-wheat hamburger buns, split horizontally 1 cup lettuce, thinly sliced 1 cup tomato, thinly sliced 4 cheddar cheese slices ½ red onion, thinly sliced B-well creamy gourmet mayonnaise
Method:
1. Mix the onion, cilantro, jalapeño, garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cumin in large bowl. Add your minced lamb and mix to combine everything.
2. Shape mixture into four 1 ½ centimeter-thick patties. Arrange on small baking sheet.
3. Add a dash of B-well canola oil to a frying pan on medium-high heat. Once the oil has heated, add the lamb patties and cook on each side for about 4 minuets for medium-rare or 6 minuets per side for well done.
4. Place lettuce on the bottom of each bun. Place 1 burger on each bun, add a slice of cheese, a slice of tomato, B-well creamy gourmet mayonnaise, a slice of red onion and lettuce once more! If you like a super saucy burger, then you could add another layer of BBQ or tomato sauce.
