Creamy lemon garlic butter prawns with ginger is hands down one of my favorite dishes, it's usually something you will make when you get an intense seafood craving or if it's someones birthday, so you have to make sure it comes out perfect! This is my secret recipe to the most succulent prawns you will ever eat. Ingredients for Creamy Prawns: 1 cup B-well creamy gourmet mayonnaise 3 tbs butter 6 heaped tsp minced garlic 5 heaped tsp minced ginger 4 tsp paprika 1/2 lemon's squeezed juice salt and pepper to taste fresh coriander Method: 1. Add the butter, garlic, ginger and lemon juice to a medium-high heat pan and let it cook for about 1 minuet. 2. Increase the temperature to high heat and let the pan warm up for about 3 minuets while keeping all the ingredients in the pan. 3. Add the prawns, mayonnaise and paprika to the pan, stir everything together. and let it cook for about 3 minuets. Remember to add a pinch of salt and some pepper, you only need a tiny bit of salt to bring out the flavors. 4. Remove from pan immediately and transfer to a plate, drizzle over all the sauce from the pan, over the prawns. Viola! Really quick, easy and the flavor is incredible. You can sprinkle over some coriander and serve. Please do not over cook the prawns, if need be increase the temperature and decrease the cooking time. TIP: We used prawns which are still in their shells, you will find that the prawns are much more flavorful and succulent. The prawns you purchase which are already de-shelled often taste very "rubbery"
