Jy benodig:

Een geelstert met kop en stert behou Drie suurlemoene Een ui Sout en swartpeper Olyfolie

So maak mens:

Smeer binnekant van vis met olyfolie en gooi sout en peper oor

Pak een kant met ui en suurlemoen

Vou vis toe

Sny kepe aan velkant van vis om te keer dat dit opkrul Sit in vooraf verhitte oond teen 200 grade vir 30 min

Rooster vir 10 min

Sit voor met rys
