KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN

Chicken cut into pieces to be salted and peppered 3 Eggs beaten Flour for dipping chicken in plastic bag and add the following into the flour – before adding spices divide flour in 2 to so that chicken may be dipped in flour first, then into buttermilk, then egg and lastly into flavoured flour in the plastic bag and shake. Fry in deep-fry until done and crispy brown. The ingredients to be added into the flour and mixed for the plastic bag are ( I don’t know but it will depend upon your own taste I would think about one teaspoon of each although I would not know only professionals will know the quantities): Fine Paprika Parsley Chilli powder Salt Thyme Garlick powder Onion powder Buttermilk to dip chicken in, then in flour and lastly in egg before placing them in plastic bag to shake them and get flour spread evenly over the chicken piece.
