Tomato Salad

1 large onion sliced 3 firm tomatoes cut into cubes 1small green chilli chopped 60ml chopped green dhania (coriander leaves) 125ml (quarter cup) vinegar Sugar to taste
Rub sliced onion with a little salt, toss in boiling water, strain and squeeze dry. This prevents bitterness. Mix all ingredients together with sugar to taste. Chill and serve
