3 YOUNG CARROTS PEELED AND GRATED A PINCH OF SALT 1 GREEN CHILLI CHOPPED 2.5ML SUGAR 15ML BLACK CURRANTS SUGAR TO TASTE
SPRINKLE A LITTLE SALT OVER THE GRATED CARROTS AND DRAIN AFTER A WHILE. ADD THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS PLUS SUGAR TO TASTE, IF DESIRED. CHILL FOR A FEW MINUTES THEN SERVE IMMEDIATELY
