4 CARROTS PEELED AND COARSELY GRATED HALF A PINEAPPLE PEELED AND GRATED 15ML BLACKCURRANTS A FEW PIECES OF NUTS QUARTERED 5ML SUGAR
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. LET STAND FOR 30 MINUTES AND DRAIN SOME OF THE JUICE SO THAT SAMBAL IS ALMOST DRY
