Cream of mushroom sauce

Goes nice with roasts and grills
5 ml cake flour 500ml milk or fresh cream 15ml melted butter Pinch salt Pinch pepper 1 x 250gr button mushrooms halved
Make a paste with the flour and milk/cream by slowly cooking milk over medium heat and stirring in the flour. Add remaining ingredients stirring in the mushrooms last. Serve immediately while hot
