30ML WHITE BREADCRUMBS 500GR SAUSAGE MEAT (without skin) 1 CHOPPED ONION 2.5ML DRIED THYME 2.5ML DRIED TARRAGON 2.5ML FINE BLACK PEPPER LEAF OF CELERY STALK A PINCH GROUND NUGMEG 5ML SALT 3 DRIED PEACHES OR APPLE SLICES ROUGHLY CHOPPED 1 EGG BEATEN WITH 60ML MILK
COMBINE ALL THE INGREDIENTS TO FORM A FAIRLY STIFF MIXTURE. MAKE SURE THAT THE STUFFING IS TIGHTLY PACKED INTO THE CHICKEN OR TURKEY CAVITY. ENOUGH FOR STUFFING A LARGE CHICKEN OR TURKEY
