Corn Dogs

Today we're going a bit American and showing you folks how to make some delicious corn dogs with a mayo, dijon mustard and honey dressing. It's almost like a hot dog on a stick right?
Ingredients for Corn Dogs:
B-well canola oil for frying 8 Russian sausages, viennas or cheese grillers 2 cups Cake flour 2 tsp Baking powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 ground black pepper 3/4 bottle of beer (small bottle) 1 Egg
Ingredients for Dressing:
1/2 cup B-well original tangy mayonnaise 2 tbsp Dijon mustard 2 tbsp Honey
Method:
1. Make the batter by adding the flour, baking powder, egg and beer to a mixing bowl with some salt and pepper, mix everything together with a spoon.
2. In a separate bowl ad 1 a cup of cake flour.
3. Dunk the sausages in the bowl of cake flour just to coat them and then dunk them in the bowl containing the batter, make sure they are well coated.
4. Fry the corn dogs in B-well canola oil on medium-high heat until golden and crispy
5. Make the dressing by adding the dijon mustard, B-well original tangy mayo and honey in a small bowl and mix together.
