Here's a recipe for a delicious dry spice rub to help you make the perfect roast chicken. Blend your ingredients in a small bowl until properly mixed and add a little bit of oil. Gently rub the spice mix onto the entire chicken. Pop it into the oven and cook for approximately an hour at 190 degrees Celsius depending on the size of your chicken. Serve and enjoy!
