Spanish chicken stew

This colorful dish is an authentic Spanish chicken stew, the flavors are really deep and complex for a dish that you can make in only 30 minutes... This awesome stew is best served with nice crusty slices of bread.
Ingredients:
80g chorizo or salami, finely chopped 4 large garlic cloves, crushed 3 tsp fresh rosemary 500g boneless, skinless chicken thigh fillets, cut into thirds Handful of fresh parsley, finely chopped 1 tbsp B-well canola olive oil 100ml dry white wine 400g tin chopped tomatoes 400g tin butter beans, rinsed and drained
Method:
1. Heat the B-well canola olive oil in a pan over a medium heat and cook the chorizo until crispy.
2. Add the garlic and rosemary and cook for about 2 minuets. Remove from pan and set aside for later.
3. Now, turn the heat up to medium-high, add a tablespoon of B-well canola olive oil and add the chicken. Cook for a minute or so to brown on both sides. Keep it in the pan.
4, Add the wine to the pan containing the chicken and cook for about 5 minuets.
5. Add the tomatoes, chorizo, garlic, rosemary and beans and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
