Sweet, sour and salty Chicken wings

Sweet, sour and salty Chicken wings on sosatie sticks with toasted sesame seeds. The added fruity flavor makes this dish quite interesting, there is a lot going on in this dish, but the combination of flavors is absolutely fantastic.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons B-well canola and olive oil blend 12 Fresh free range chicken wings 12 Sosatie sticks soaked in water 100ml soy sauce 100ml honey 50ml oyster sauce 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard 1 tablespoon smoked paprika Juice of half an orange Juice of half a lemon Juice of 1 naartjie 2 teaspoons sugar 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar 1 whole star aniseed Toasted sesame seeds for serving
Method:
1. Pre-cook the chicken wings by just blanching them in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Remove them from the water and spread out to dry.
2. Put the wings on the sosatie sticks and stretch them out long.
3. Combine all the above ingredients together in a mixing bowl and mix everything together, then baste the wings with the sauce.
4. Add 2 tablespoons B-well canola olive oil to a frying pan on medium high-heat and cook the chicken wings until they are nice and sticky on both sides and have gained some color. About 4-5 minuets a side, turn and add more basting sauce if needed.
7. Remove from the pan and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds to serve.
