Jy benodig:

Hoenderstukke

Marinadesous: 2 eetlepels suiker Halwe koppie asyn 2 eetlepels tamatiesous 1 eetlepel hoender speserye 2 teelepels sout Halwe koppe olie 1 eetlepel worcestersous

So maak mens:

Ranskik die hoenderstukke in 'n oondskottel en geur met sout en varsgemaalde swartpeper.

Meng al die marinadebestanddele in 'n houer en skud goed. Gooi oor hoenderstukke en aartappels wat reeds in oondskottel gerangskik is.

Bak in die oond teen 180 grade vir 1 uur tot 90 min.

Draai hoender na 45 min om.

Berei die rys voor.

Bedien met rys.
