Jy benodig:

1 x pakkie gemaalde vleis Olyfolie 1 x ui gekerf Halwe greenpepper Ses klein aartappels in blokkies gesny Kerriesous 1 x blik sousbone 1 x koppie rys

So maak mens:

Berei die aartappels, greenpepper en uie voor.

Soteer die uie in 'n bietjie olyfolie tot glasig.

Voeg die maalvleis by die uie en verbruin.

Voeg die greenpepper en aartappelblokkies by die mengsel.

Voeg die blikkie boontjies by die mengsel.

Voeg die kerriesous by die mengsel.

Prut oor lae hitte vir 45 minute.

Bedien op rys.
