Avocado and cheese quesadillas

Ingredients: 1 small avocado cut into slices 1/2 cup of grated cheese 2 wholemeal flour tortillas Leaves of spinach optional Chopped Cilantro, salt and pepper.
Preparation: Put the tortilla in a skillet over medium-high. Put half the cheese on top of the tortilla and also put the spinach and sliced avocado. Take the rest of the cheese and place the other tortilla on top by gently squeezing. Cook for about 6 minutes in total, turning around to see it done by the two sides. Cut in triangles, serve and garnish with cilantro.
