Buffalo chicken pita

Ingredients: 600 g of chicken breast, ground ½ cup of shredded carrots ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Salt and pepper to taste ¼ cup of flour

Buffalo Sauce: ⅔ cup of apple cider vinegar ⅓ Cup of water 1 teaspoon Paprika ½ teaspoon Spicy Paprika 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder 1 teaspoon Onion Powder ½ teaspoon Salt ¼ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper 1 teaspoon Honey Bee 1 teaspoon Vegetable Oil 1 teaspoon Cornstarch 1 stick Butter

Blue Cheese Dressing: ½ cup of natural yogurt 2 Tbsp. Milk ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder ¼ teaspoon Onion Powder ⅓ cup crumbled blue cheese Salt and pepper to taste

To Assemble: 3 pitas medium 6 leaves of lettuce 6 slices of tomato 1 avocado Celery Sticks

Preparation: The patties: In A Bowl Mix the ground beef of chicken with carrots, garlic and onions, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Divide the mixture into 6 portions and form the patties, put flour on your hands to make it easier to work and thus avoid it sticking the meat to your hands.

The Buffalo Sauce: Put all the ingredients in a pot with the exception of the butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring with a balloon until it thickens. Remove from the heat, add the butter, stir and set aside.

The Blue Cheese Dressing: In a bowl mix all ingredients and refrigerate for an hour.

To assemble: Open the pita bread in half to form a pocket and fill in with a leaf of lettuce, tomato, then submerge the patty in the buffalo sauce and put on the tomato, add the dressing and the avocado. Serve accompanied by celery sticks and enjoy a delicious pita.
