Ranch burrito

Ingredients: 1/2 kg chicken pieces 1 tablespoon of olive oil 4 flour tortillas 2 Avocados, cut in half, peeled and diced 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated 1/4 cup of sour cream (Sour Cream, custard) 1/4 cup of ranch dressing 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
Preparation: Heat Olive Oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Season Chicken pieces with seasonings to taste. Add the chicken to the pan and cook until golden, about 3-4 minutes; set aside. Heat tortillas and place the chicken, avocado, cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing and cilantro in the center of each tortilla. Take the lower edge of the tortilla firmly on the filling, folding in the sides. Continue rolling until reaching the top of the tortilla. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Heat a griddle pan to medium high. Add burritos and cook, pressing gently with a spatula, about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Serve Immediately.
