Tuna quesadillas

Ingredients: Olive Oil 1 onion finely diced 2 cans of tuna drained Salt and pepper to taste

Juice of 1 Lemon 1 avocado ½ roll of chopped cilantro 1 Stick of butter 1 Pack of small flour tortillas 1 Package of sliced yellow cheese

Preparation: In a skillet, heat oil and sauté the onion until golden brown. Add the tuna, sprinkle with salt and pepper and mix with the juice of half a lemon. In a bowl, crush the avocado, coriander, the juice from the other half of the lemon. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and book. In a skillet, heat the butter and add a tortilla. Top with 2 slices of cheese, add the tuna and 2 slices of cheese. Cover with another tortilla. Let sear on both sides. Remove from heat and cut each quesadilla in 4. Serve the pieces accompanied by the mixture of avocado.
