Chicken fajitas

Ingredients: 1/2 kg chicken breast cut fajitas (Strips) 1 teaspoon of chili powder 1 teaspoon of ground cumin 1/4 teaspoon of salt and black pepper 1 tablespoon of oil 1 small red onion, cut into thin slices 1 Medium Green Pepper, sliced thin 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter Cilantro, to decorate

Preparation: Marinating the chicken breast with the chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper for 10 minutes. Heat a pan and add the oil. Cook the chicken. Put the chicken on the side of the pan then add the onion and pepper. Cook for 30 seconds and stir to mix with the chicken. Add the butter, lemon juice, stir to mix well. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve hot with lemon wedges.
