Grilled steak burrito

Ingredients: 1 kg minced beef 1 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon ground cumin Salt and pepper 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch 1/2 cup beef broth or water 2 Cups Sour Cream 1 green chilies 2 cups shredded mozzarella 12 flour tortillas
Preparation: Preheat the oven to 350°F 175°C. In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook the meat, until the meat is golden brown. While mixing in a small bowl, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cumin, pepper and salt of corn starch. After browned the meat, sprinkle the mixture of seasoning on the meat and mix well. Add a little beef broth or water and simmer until the water has evaporated, about 10 min. In A Medium Bowl, mix the sour cream, green chili and cheese. Mix approximately half of the mixture of cheese with minced meat. Divide the meat mixture evenly among the tortillas and roll up. Put in a baking pan. Repeat this procedure for each tortilla. The rest of the mixture ring it on each burrito. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
