Smoked salmon and mushrooms wrap

Ingredients: 6 wheat flour tortillas 2/3 cup cream cheese 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard 2 Tbsp finely chopped scallion 250 gr spinach 12 slices of smoked salmon 1 chopped portobello in canes 1 avocado cut into strips 1/2 roasted red pepper cut in strips and Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation: Heat the tortillas in a frying pan for 1 minutes per side. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, mustard, onion, salt, pepper and spread this mixture on each tortilla and top with spinach. Top the spinach with the salmon, the portobello, avocado and paprika. Roll up the tortilla cut diagonally in half and serve
