Tuna Pita

Ingredients: ½ cup celery, finely chopped 1 can of tuna in water, drained 1 Pickle, chopped (optional) 2 Tbsp mustard ¼ cup mayonnaise ½ teaspoon turmeric Salt and pepper Pita Bread Slices of tomato Slices of avocado
Preparation: Put all the ingredients for the tuna salad in a bowl and mix well. Assemble Cut the pita bread in half and spread the tuna salad evenly in each one. Add avocado and tomato slices and serve immediately.
