Baked chicken

Ingredients: 2 1/2 pounds of whole chicken 1/4 cup lemon juice 2 Purple onion slices 2 Tbsp dried oregano 1 lemon slices Parsley to decorate Margarine to refinish
Preparation: Preheat the oven to 200º c. Chicken and rinse with cold water and dry it with paper towels in the kitchen. A source of oven greased with oil, place the chicken with the breast upwards. Varnish the chicken with margarine and with lemon juice. Sprinkle the chicken on the inside and outside with oregano, salt (generously) and pepper. Unpack the onion slices around the chicken, and slices of lemon on the chicken. Add the slices of lemon on top and a little bit of olive oil I baked the chicken for 1 hour and 15 min. Should be out until the juices run clear and the joints of the chicken move with ease. Part time to bake it gives them a return to the onions. Take the chicken out of the oven and let stand covered with foil for 10 minutes. Cut the chicken into pieces and serve garnished with chopped parsley and with grilled onions.
