Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of Knorr Switzerland granulated chicken broth 2 teaspoons of margarine 4 chicken breasts without skin or bone 1/2 cup reduced-fat cream 2/3 cup skim milk 3 teaspoons of mozzarella cheese 1 teaspoon grated parmesan cheese 1 Cup of broccoli florets, milled in
Preparation: In a hot frying pan melt 1 tablespoon of margarine. Cook the chicken breasts seasoned with 1/2 tsp knorr ® Switzerland chicken broth. Repeat the procedure for the other two breasts. Reserve. In the same pan put the milk, cream, cheese and season with the remaining teaspoon of Knorr Switzerland chicken broth. Let melt the cheese and mix all the ingredients. Add the chicken to the sauce, cook for 2 minutes and serve decorating with broccoli warm.
