Chicken in coconut sauce

Ingredients: 1/2 kg chicken (the piece of your choice) 2 Cups coconut milk 1 head of garlic 2 tbsp olive oil 1 Tbsp chicken bouillon Pepper Parsley
Preparation: In a very hot pan with oil going to sauté the chicken breasts, along with the garlic cloves. Once Golden Brown took a pot to finish there cooking, add the coconut milk the consomme, a little pepper and let boil 1 hour over a medium heat. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
