Chicken meatballs

Ingredients: 1 chicken breast ½ clove of garlic 1 pinch of salt 1 pinch of ground black pepper 100 ml of milk 3 tablespoons of grated cheese 150 grams of bread crumbs
Preparation: Gathered all the ingredients to make chicken dumplings. These meatballs can be prepared with chicken breast or thighs boneless chicken. For starters, we chop the chicken breast in a blender or food processor. If you don't have this type of equipment at home can you ask for you to bite the meat at the butcher shop. Add a little salt, a pinch of ground black pepper and clove of garlic (removing the root central so it won't happen again). We go back to chopping the meatballs without egg. We put the chopped chicken in a bowl and add oregano, dried. The Oregano gives it a different flavor and original to the meatballs. If you feel like you can also put a little bit of minced rosemary or thyme. It's time to incorporate the milk and mix well. Will form a sticky paste but easy to manipulate. Add the grated cheese and mix well. We have used mixture of grated cheddar cheeses including and parmesan. With the help of two spoons we form small balls and ran it through breadcrumbs. We put the meatballs of chicken in a baking dish with a little bit of paper nonstick underneath. Put chicken dumplings in the oven at 180°C for 15-18 minutes. When you're ready to start taking a golden colour on top. And ready to accompany with some sauce.
