Chicken poppers in honey barbecue sauce

Ingredients: 1 kg chicken breasts, skinless, cut into small pieces 1 Cup All-purpose flour 5 Cups of crushed cheetos ½ teaspoon of salt ½ teaspoon pepper ½ teaspoon garlic powder ¼ tsp smoked paprika 2 large eggs ¼ cup (60 ml) of milk Sauce 3/4 cup barbecue sauce 1/4 cup of honey 1/4 cup of tomato sauce
Preparation: Preheat the oven to 400°F 204°C. Cover a large baking sheet with wax paper. Put the small pieces of chicken meat in a large bowl. Add the flour and stir to cover each piece. Let go of. Place the crushed chips (like doritos or the type), salt, pepper, garlic powder and smoked paprika into a large bowl. Let go of. Beat Eggs and milk in a small bowl. Dip each piece of chicken in the egg mixture, leaving the excess. Generously Roll in the crushed mixture of fritters, shaking up the excess. Lay on the baking tray. Repeat the whole chicken. Bake for 18 minutes, flipping once in the 9-10 min mark. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Warm up the ingredients for the sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Careful, place the chicken in a large bowl. Pour the warm honey barbecue sauce on top and stir gently to cover. Serve warm
