Chicken with lemon butter

Ingredients: 8 pieces of chicken 1 Tbsp smoked paprika Salt and pepper 3 tablespoons of butter 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 Cup of chicken broth 1/2 cup of heavy cream 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan The Juice of 1 Lemon 1 teaspoon dried thyme 2 Cups of spinach, chopped
Preparation: Preheat the oven to 200°C. Seasoning the chicken with the seasoning Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large pan of oven-proof on medium high. Add Chicken, skin-side down, and sear both sides, about 2-3 minutes on each side; drain the excess fat and set aside. Melt remaining tablespoon of butter in the pan. Add the garlic and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan, lemon juice and thyme. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, add the spinach and simmer until the spinach has wilted and the sauce thickens a bit, about 3-5 minutes. Return the chicken to the pan. Place in oven and roast until you are fully cooked, about 25-30 minutes. Serve Immediately.
