Chicken with spinach

Ingredients: 3 Cups fresh spinach 1-3 cups sliced fresh mushrooms 2 tbsp chopped nuts 11/2 tbsp olive oil 4 Halves of chicken breast without skin 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning 2 slices of provolone, fixtures
Preparation: In a large pan, sauté spinach, mushrooms, onions and walnuts in the oil until mushrooms are tender. Put aside and keep warm. Sprinkle the chicken with the seasoning. Place the chicken on the grill grate oiled. Grill, covered, over medium heat or broil on the grill for 4-5 minutes on each side. Cover with cheese until it melts and add the mixture of spinach.
