Oriental pork in sweet and sour sauce

Ingredients: 800 gr bits pig 2 Tbsp butter 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup water For the sauce 2 Tbsp cornstarch 1/3 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup rice vinegar 1 Cup of pineapple juice 3 Tbsp soy sauce 1 Chile sweet red and one green julienned 1/2 onion sliced 1/2 cup pineapple, into small pieces Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation: Brown the meat with the butter. Add Soy Sauce and water. Cooking on low heat for 30 min.
Sauce: Mix all ingredients and cook on low heat for a few minutes, until thickened slightly. Add Chilies, onion and pineapple. Cooking for 5 more minutes. Ajust seasoning. Serve and swimming with the hot sauce.
