Chicken Breast Gratin

Ingredients: 1 chicken breast of chicken 1 EGG 1 Cup wheat flour 60 g bread crumbs 50 g grated parmesan 2 REB MOZZARELLA 100 ml of béchamel sauce Salt and pepper Olive Oil
Preparation: Mix half the cheese with bread crumbs. Season the breasts in the following order: Flour, egg and bread crumbs. We fried in hot oil until the breast dore, retreat.
