Chicken breast in a creamy parsley sauce

Ingredients: 1 large chicken breast Salt and pepper to taste 2 Tbsp oil ¼ onion finely chopped ½ on cream of chicken maggi dissolved in 1 Cup of water 315 ml evaporated milk ½ cup of water 1 pinch of nutmeg ½ cup finely chopped fresh parsley

Preparation: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste. Hot a teaspoon of oil in the frying pan and cook the chicken breasts until browned on both sides. Cook over medium heat. In a medium pot, client the other tablespoon of oil and sear the onion. Add the cream of chicken maggi, evaporated milk and water. Stir constantly until the cream thickens. Add the nutmeg and parsley. To Serve, drench the chicken with this delicious sauce.
