Chicken In Marinade

Ingredients: 6 pieces of chicken (thighs and legs) without skin, or one full chicken 4 large potatoes 4 tomatoes 8 Green tomatoes ½ onion 2 cloves of garlic 5 Chili Peppers (to taste) Thyme ¼ cup of white vinegar 1 Cup of water 2 tablespoons of chicken broth powder Salt Pepper Vegetable Oil
Preparation: On a hot plate, asalos tomatoes, garlic, onion and chilies partly stripped. Cooking in a pot with boiling water and salt, the pieces of the chicken. Once they're all roasted. Get them out of the fire. Cut the skin to the tomato and add all the ingredients roasted to the blender. Add Salt, chicken broth powder and a cup of water and run it down. With the help of a colander, pour the sauce resulting in a pot with hot oil and leaves season. When it starts to bubble, add the vinegar and sprinkle the thyme, a few pieces of pepper and some cloves. Add the marinade potatoes washed and cut into 8 add also the pieces of chicken and two cups of broth where boiled the chicken, put the fire out and lid. Let boil until potatoes are well cooked. If to prove it, you feel that the marinade is very acidic, add a teaspoon of sugar, cover, kitchen for two more minutes ready
