Chicken with honey glaze and garlic

Ingredients: 8 pieces of chicken to taste, with or without bone, with or without skin Salt 6 cloves garlic, minced ⅓ Cup of honey ¼ cup of chicken broth 2 tablespoons of vinegar rice wine 1 tbsp soya
Preparation: Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat a frying pan and cook on both sides until golden brown and cooked through. Drain most of the excess oil from the skillet, leaving about 2 Tbsp to give it more flavor. Glaze: Add garlic between the chicken and fry until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add the honey, water, vinegar and soy sauce. Increase Heat to high and continue cooking until sauce begins to reduce down and thicken slightly Decorate with parsley
