Cordon Bleu with mushroom sauce

Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts 4 slices ham 4 slices cheese 1/4 cup flour 2 Eggs, smoothies 1 cup bread crumbs 1 Cup Oil
For The Sauce: 1 Tbsp butter 1/4 onion, chopped 1 Clove Garlic, minced 1 cup sliced mushrooms 1/2 l of milk 1/2 l of cream Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation: Slice open breast and put a slice of ham and cheese. Roll up and close with a toothpick. Passing through the flour, egg and empaniza with the bread crumbs. Heat the oil and brown rolls of chicken until they are cooked. Sauce: Melts the butter and cook the onion and garlic, add the mushrooms and cook for a few minutes. Pour half of the milk and cook until it comes to a boil. Lets chill and liquefy with the rest of the milk and cream. Go back to the fire, and cook until thickened slightly. Serve with the sauce. Sprinkle a little bit of finely chopped parsley
