Creamy Chicken

Ingredients: 4 skinless chicken breasts and no bones 6 potatoes cut into pieces 2 cups carrots, chopped in pieces 2 Cups heavy cream 2 Tbsp chicken bouillon 1 Cup of milk Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Preparation: Spray a pan with oil. Place the cut potatoes and carrots. Put the chicken breasts. In A Bowl, mix the cream of milk, the consomme and milk. Pour this mixture evenly over the chicken. Cover and cook over the fire altohasta this well cooked chicken and the vegetables are cooked. Cover each portion with fresh minced parsley, if desired.
