150 g rou aartappels, geskil en gekook 3 en n half k broodmeel 1 en n half t sout 3 t suiker halwe pakkie gis, 5 g 4 t botter Kook die aartappels tot gaar, Dreineer en hou die vloeistof eenkant Druk die aartappels goed fyn, Plaas dit in n maatkoppie en voeg die aartappelwater by, 1 en n half koppies Smelt die botter en voeg by aartappels Meng die meel, sout, suiker en gis Voeg die aartappels en botter by en knie goed Laat rus die deeg vir 15 min Knie af en vorm brood, laat rys in broodpan tot dubbel die grootte Bak tot goudbruin en gaar...+- 35 min in Halogene oondjie
